In-person appointments are available for children and youth ages 10+.
Sessions may include a combination of meeting with the guardian alone and with the child/youth.
Consent for counselling must be obtained from all guardians unless there is legal documentation stating otherwise. This consent and any legal documentation must be provided prior to or during the first session.
A minimum of one guardian must accompany their child/youth at the first session, unless the youth is age 16 or older. Youth ages 16 and older may have the ability to consent to receiving counselling, without parental consent; please contact us for further information.
In person or virtual individual counselling sessions are available for adults aged 18 and over.
Sessions are typically booked for 1-hour slots, while 1.5-hour slots may be utilized for specialized services such as EMDR therapy.
Please note that new couples and family sessions are not being offered at this time.
