$87.50 for a 30 minute session

$175 for a 1 hour session

$262.50 for a 1.5 hour session

There is no fee for a session cancelled 24 hours or more in advance

$125 fee for a session cancelled less than 24 hours in advance

$175 fee if you do not show up to your appointment with no prior notice 

We provide direct billing through Alberta Blue Cross, Medavie Blue Cross, Canadian Benefit Providers, Greenshield, Sunlife, Manulife, Wawanesa Life and Telus Health eClaims, please see their website to see if your provider is listed.  eClaims | TELUS Health. 

*please check your plan to verify there is coverage for counselling from a registered social worker.

Session fee: $100 per 50 minute session 

Last minute cancellation fee: $50

No Show fee: $100

Direct billing is not available for sessions provided by our student counsellor. Joanna is a Bachelor's level registered social worker and her counselling services may be eligible for reimbursement from providers such as Canada Life and Equitable. Please check your coverage and contact your insurance company with questions regarding eligibility.
